WTF Wednesday - The Unconstitutional Abomination of Alligator Auschwitz

 

In 1989 Scump took out a full-page ad in the New York Times demanding that the Central Park Five be executed for the vicious attack on a jogger in Central Park.

The young men were fully exonerated and the victim even said it wasn’t them, yet Scump still wanted them executed.

 

This is the monster who is building a concentration camp in Florida he calls Alligator Alcatraz, which should really be called Alligator Auschwitz.

 

The vast majority of people who will go there are not criminals at all. Most have green cards. Most have jobs. Some have served in our military and even been wounded – which is more than Scump has done for this country.

 

Scump accuses them of serious crimes – murder, rape, thievery – which is a complete lie. He refuses them a hearing or trial where evidence would be required, and the laws would apply.

 

Because he’s afraid.

 

Because there’s no evidence.

 

Because when there’s evidence, you don’t need masked thugs to terrorize people and their communities, drag them out of their homes at four in the morning, out of their jobs, restaurants, their jobs, theaters, their jobs, their schools, their jobs, their cars, their jobs, the DMV, their jobs.

 

What is a crime is denying any person due process of the law. Any person. Not just US citizens. Any person, according to the United States Constitution.

 

Some of the people Scump is illegally imprisoning in Alligator Auschwitz are already citizens. They have families here. They have had homes here for years – in some cases decades. They have jobs. They abide by the laws.

 

Now Scump plans to abolish legal citizenship and the whole process of becoming a United States citizen, that’s the cornerstone of our US Constitution. That would be the constitution utilized by the families of every one of us, with the single exception of full-blooded indigenous tribal members who we stole the land from in the very beginning.

 

Scump is building an unconstitutional concentration camp in a sweltering swamp, destroying protected wetlands, and putting a sadistic puppy-killer in charge of doling out cruel and unusual punishment.

 

Because the most unconstitutional “president” of the United States of America in history despises brown people just that much. 

 

If anyone belongs in the obscene Alligator Auschwitz it’s the entire Scump regime, the Supreme Court giving him illegal power, the governor of Florida who’s accommodating him, and the republikkkan congress members who are enabling his most sadistic whims, and are complicit in this abominable crime against humanity.

 

A crime against humanity that will stain the reputation of the United States exactly the same way death camps stain Germany’s reputation even today.

 

People have already died in ICE custody.

 

People whose only crime was to escape drug cartels that exist because of American additions, sex traffickers that a perverted American president partied with, and destitution that American corporate greed is at least partly, if not wholly responsible for.

 

The vast majority of people entering our country are completely innocent. It is not a crime to come here. It is not a crime to seek amnesty.  

 

Ethnic cleansing is a crime against humanity, as well as cruel and unusual punishment according to the United States Constitution.

 

If you think ethnic cleansing will Make America Great Again, then perhaps you should spend some time baking in Alligator Auschwitz, becoming hors d’oeurves for the gators in Florida.

 

Because immigrants with the very same dreams as all our grandparents and great-grandparents, all the way back to the founders of our country, certainly do not.

 

And that’s backed up by holy scriptures, including Christ’s words in the bible, the poem on the Statue of Liberty, and most importantly, by the United States Constitution.

No one, myself included, should post facts if they don’t know how to check the veracity of their content, and I've found sites to help with that.

 

When I see a headline that seems slanted, outrageous, sensationalized, or otherwise pushes my skepticism button, I google the headline. Headlines contain key words that search engines latch onto and pull up related articles. If nothing pops up but the article I’m googling – none of the larger news outlets (AP, Reuters, NPR, PBS, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, etc) are covering it, I won’t post about it. If it’s a story that’s for real, it will turn up covered by multiple outlets. When I find articles, I skim a couple of them to accumulate information about the topic before I post about it, especially if I'm writing an op-ed.  I usually share an article and make a comment on social media, or write a stanza for my ongoing historical poem and post that.

 

There are other news outlets I use for research, and I will add them in as I expand Tell It Tuesday’s content. In the meantime, these outlets are a good start for my research. I hope you find them helpful for yours.

Tell It Tuesday - Welcome!

Tell It Tuesday Posts will be mostly informational. There’s a lot I want to include here, if I have the time to keep up with it. It’s really important to make it easy for people to learn about their own government. I find myself researching all the time when people bring up points about the constitution or Pledge of Allegiance, or other document. I figure if I’m going to do the leg work to agree or disagree with people I chat with, I might as well share it with everybody. Adding to knowledge is always a good thing.

 

Part of the reason I’m doing these posts is a teensy bit selfish. Every time I try to reason with right wing extremists, they go off on anti-woke rants and don’t even realize they are arguing against their own Constitution – the supreme law of the United States. Every president, vice president, member of congress, member of the military swears to uphold the constitution, and that oath is lifelong. Right now our democracy is taking a beating because extremist politicians are flouting it. And their voters are cheering them on.

 

Many people are not familiar with the documents of our government or have been misinformed about their content. So I decided to blog about the U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, Canons of Judges, Military Oaths, Congressional Oaths of Office, Physicians oaths, HIPAA, the Pledge of Allegiance (the original version before it was politicized), American flag protocol, Confederate Declaration of Secession (to clarify the reason for it), and more.

 

I also want to get around to listing contact information for government officials to make it easy for We the People to make noise, either in person, over the phone, via email, text, or snail mail. I think many people would participate more if they had more info – especially if they don’t have to dig for it themselves.

 

Every time I research I discover organizations, books, info links, social media pages, documentaries, and more that might be helpful to you if you are trying to learn more about your government or to find your niche in the resistance. I will do my best to share all my sources and information here in my Tell It Tuesday posts.

 

So suck up all the info you can and share it far and wide on all the social media platforms you can.

Senators were Shot - Scump is to blame

 Two United States Senators and their spouses were shot in their homes. Senator John Hoffman survived surgery with a bullet next to heart ; his wife suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

Senator Melissa Hartman is dead. Her husband is dead the day before Father's Day leaving their children orphaned.

When scump made a statement it was to badmouth the Governor of Minnesota.

This is entirely scump's fault. His inflammatory and violent rhetoric towards Democrats and liberals for over a decade brought us to this. He has incited violence over and over again. He should be removed from the White House by any means necessary, along with his entire unconstitutional, cruel, and criminal regime.

You're Sitting in a Restaurant...

 

You’re sitting in a restaurant and suddenly an armored battle vehicle pulls up out front and off jumps men in tee shirts, jeans or possibly battle fatigues, tactical vests with body armor, battle weapons, boots or sneakers, helmets, and masks and you realize they are storming into the restaurant. 

How would you react?

Would you dive under your table? Would you scream? Grab your children and huddle with them under the table? Unholster your own weapon, wondering if civil war has broken out or a murderer is being tracked down? 

Or perhaps this was a robbery or terrorist attack considering these guys are wearing a mix of civilian clothing and battle gear and obviously not officers or military personnel.

 

Would the whole restaurant feel threatened? Would everyone flatten on the floor? Would babies scream in fear? Would women scream in fear? Would your heart pound in your chest? Would you shake in fear? Sweat through your clothing? Wet yourself? 

 

After you watch a sobbing or angry kitchen worker being dragged out into the street and stuffed into the vehicle with no rights read, no warrant understood, and no badges or even faces being displayed, would you or anyone else in the restaurant feel like eating? Or even receive your food if the person dragged out in the hands of god knows who happened to be the cook?

 

Or would you be scared half to death? Would you wonder where that prep cook or waitress was being shipped off to, with no rights being observed? No lawyer called, no Miranda rights being read?

 

These are terror tactics practiced by the Taliban, al Qaeda, the KGB, the Gestapo, the Klan, the Mafia, and other thugs the Constitution is supposed to protect us from – all of us, even people in this country who came from somewhere else. Even the people in this country without documentation – which, I might add is a misdemeanor.

 

We the People must stop this. We the People must stop the Republicans who are enabling an unconstitutional president – because not a single oath, congressional or presidential is being honored. Not. One. 

 

When hundreds of thousands of We the People are out protesting en masse every week, you have to question the unconstitutional regime behind these terror tactics and why they aren’t being stopped by Congress. Congressional power ultimately controls the president because We the People elect congress to represent us.   

 

We the People are not being represented. Mike Johnson and the Republicans have decided that We the People are incapable of choosing between right and wrong. They are choosing immoral, unconstitutional, criminal actions and supporting an insurrectionist, unconstitutional president who only ran for the office to come back and finish the job he started during his first term, of overthrowing our government.

 

Law enforcement isn’t enforcing the law anymore, partly because the illegal president is usurping their power by sending in the National Guard, ignoring the governors’ and local law enforcement’s prerogative to ask for them in their communities when they deem it necessary. 

 

He sent the National Guard into LA when it not only wasn’t necessary, but made everything violent. Before the National Guard arrived, the local police found it necessary to make 53 arrests. Fifty three arrests out of thousands of peaceful demonstrators. And most of those weren’t violent, the protestors were removed from a bridge.

 

The President of the United States declared war on his own citizenry who were exercising their constitutional right to protest and doing it peacefully. It was Scump himself who instigated the violence with another of his vile, illegal orders.

 

Just like he instigated the violence on January 6^th. What he did was called stochastic terrorism. It means inciting violence without really saying it plainly. Scump should be the one arrested, not the protestors. Scump and the thugs he’s using to suppress We the People by illegal and violent means.

 

This situation is rapidly spinning out of control. The National Guard and Marines do not belong in LA. They were not requested or needed in LA.  Scump manufactured an emergency, just like he did at the border. He is trying to suppress We the People by force and inciting violence where there wasn’t any.  

 

We the People expect our Congress, Department of Justice, Department of Defense to do their sworn duties and uphold our Constitution. We expect them to do that now, because the president and so-called Republicans are playing with fire, and if We the People burn, they burn with us.   

 

I Have Some Questions for ICE

 

I have some questions for ICE and for the unidentified military geared “militias” who are dragging people out of restaurants, garment factories, homes in the middle of the night and disappearing them. 

 

Where’s the war? Where are the terrorists, drug addicts, rapists, and gang members?

 

Somebody shoot spaghetti at you in that Italian restaurant? Launch a pizza at your armored vehicle?

 

Fit your weapon of war for a sweater at the garment factory? Hit you with a pillow? Throw their diploma and honors medal at you at that high school graduation?

 

Where’s the armed conflict? 

 

How many freeloaders are you finding working jobs in factories, restaurants, and landscaping businesses? They are working honest jobs, which is more than I can say for you.

 

Did the women and children you dragged out of their bed, in their underwear and out into a rainstorm get too wet for you? Cry on your body armor?

 

Are you proud of dragging mothers away and zip-tying their small children? Did they frighten you with their sobs? Are you proud of kidnapping nursing babies whose mothers you’ve stolen whether their name is on a warrant or not? If there even is a warrant?

 

And who are you anyway? Soldiers? Police officers? Sex traffickers? Rapists? Thieves? No one knows with no badges and masks on your faces.

Why are there no white people being arrested? Why isn’t the first lady being arrested? Or her children? She was in this country for five years before applying for citizenship. And she broke up a marriage. Where’s her warrant?

 

Are you proud of shipping people away to other countries without any kind of hearing to make sure you got the identity right? Whether you’re sure they aren’t American citizens? Without contacting their families or lawyers? While ignoring the constitutional rights every person in this country has? Disobeying the constitution you swore to uphold?

 

These are not the actions of police in the United States of America. Or the US military. These are the actions of the Taliban. These are the actions of al Qaeda. These are the actions of the Klan. These are the actions of the Gestapo. These are the actions of the KGB. These are the actions of over-geared, over armored, over-zealous thugs. You have become the extremists that you swore an oath to defend us from.

 

Shame on you.  Deep shame.

 

Are you proud? Would your mothers be proud? Would your grandparents and great-grandparents who fought in WWII and WWI against this very type of fascism be proud? Proud that you are acting on lies from a sadistic and unconstitutional president who is so far off the rails that impeachment is being seriously discussed?

 

Are you and your loved ones proud that you are breaking your solemn vows to uphold the constitution of the United States of America to follow orders from a president who broke his oath – uncountable times?

 

Your oath is not to defend a felonious, deranged president. Your oath is to the Constitution of the United States. And if you didn’t take a police or military oath than you are nothing more than kidnapping, violent thugs, doing the bidding of an unconstitutional president who is himself a felon.

 

Either way, you are breaking the law, not enforcing it. Shame on you.
